"I had a fantastic stay at John’s, the home is full of character, the decor is Victorian style and flows so well. Breakfast is excellent and I found myself taking pictures of the setting, its all a bit lavish and movie like. Its quite special. The junior suite is lovely, with a skylight over the bed from where you can see the stars at night in bed and a living room, with a good variety of teas! "Fantastic stay in Cottage Lodge hotel in the centre of Brockenhurst. Warm welcome by the owner on arrival, beautifully decorated rooms with comfortable beds and your own outside space. Great wifi The building is charming and spotlessly clean, all the staff is friendly, smiley and ready to answer your questions. Breakfast was delcious made with quality local products. We look forward to returning!"

"Lovely hotel and room was lovely and clean and comfortable, yet the hotel itself could do with a good dust as the picture frames on the stairs etc looked quite dusty. 70% of the staff were very friendly and helpful however 30% were a bit robotic, however the service itself was very good. "
