"Very convenient and walking distance to many shopping areas. Rooms were very simple but very clean. Staff was nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again when I plan to visit near Tokyo dome. They also had XGs music playing all day in the Lobby which I really loved! "

"Excellent location- near stations, shops, restaurants/cafes, konbini, and more! All staff I encountered were very kind and capable of communicating in both Japanese and English. The Japanese style room allowed for a unique experience for foreigners, with the privacy and comfort you would expect of any hotel. I'd stay here again!"

"値段が安いのは良いがテレビがないのが残念。近くに飲食屋さんがたくさんあるのがいい。エレベーターまで行くのに階段なので車椅子の人には困難。"

"歴史を物語る建物、趣向を凝らした内装、可愛らしいタイルばりのお風呂、トイレなど、一泊ではありましたがのんびりと満喫させていただきました。お部屋色の朝ご飯も素敵でした。スタッフの皆さんにも、大変気持ちよく接していただきました。後日友人に話したところ、急遽別の館に泊まったそうでこちらも大層評判でした。今まで泊まれる事を知らずにいましたが、たまたま友人のSNSで知りました。都内在住でこんなに素敵な場所があるとは、もっと早く気づけばと思い、悔やんでおります。コロナ禍で一時休業と伺いましたが、再開の折にはまた伺えるのを心待ちにしております"

"Keio has always been my “go to” place to stay. Most previous business trips was the default Hotel. Still consistent with personal trips. Had to leave 1 Day early. I paid the entire amount when checking in. Let Hotel management know, they said normally have to go back to you for refund, but said they would credit back my CC. Hope it happens without getting hotels.com involved For refund "
