Clean room, nice bathroom, easy parking.

I have traveled to this area every two months for business for the last 10 years and this is the best hotel within 30 km. It is brand new, clean, comfortable, good service and decent restaurant. The price is spot on.

The hotel was clean and centrally located to shops and restaurants. However I would point out that we arrived on Sunday afternoon and all shops were closed. This was a little disappointing because we were only there for one night. Pasquale was at the Hotel desk and was an excellent resource answering all of our questions and concerns. The breakfast that came with the room was also excellent. This hotel would be a recommendation from me as it was a wonderful experience.

Enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and spacious. Was located in a convenient location near the train station. Great staff! Alfredo was friendly and helpful.

For me and my husband property was very convenient because we wanted to be close to the stadium. If you’re not there for a game than its better to get hotel near the sea. stuff was very nice. Hotel is brand new and everything is high tech)) room service was done everyday. Rooms are really soundproof. We loved staying there.

Front desk was amazing. They arranged transfer from the airport and private all day tour of the Amalfi Coast. Amazing trip, great hotel. Staff was the best!

Nice rooms and a nice, accommodating staff. The hotel itself is not in the best area and is a train ride/ taxi ride away from most things in Naples. They supposedly have a shuttle service to the city center, but they were not running it while we were there. This hotel is absolutely delicious in every way, except finding it. Being city dwellers from LA and quite street savvy, we ignored previous reviews and attempted to drive there ourselves. DO NOT. Unless you want to fight with your partner for 2 hours and absolutely hate the place before you even arrive. Just park the car in a safe lot and take a taxi- or better yet, don't bring a car at all. Not only is the location of this hotel fantastic, overlooking the Ischia Ponte and the Castel Aragonese and in the proximity of great restaurants, the hotel proprietor, Anna Buono is generous and gracious, and provided us with really helpful pointers on what to see and do while we were in Ischia. The hotel staff were wonderful, offering suggestions about the local attractions. You get the real feel of Naples walking the small streets of Quartiere Spagnoli. Will definitely stay at Il Convento on our next trip to Naples.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Gave great tips on how to get around, places to see and eat. They were able to check us in early as well. Breakfast in the morning was good and convenient. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and we had a balcony. The room was refreshed daily as well. Me nd my Husband had such an amazing time at San Cristoforo felt like a honeymoon, the property is very well kept nd the rooms are very luxurious nd we also had the vesivius View which was amazing. Overall it felt like a palace, staff was very friendly nd helpful, also the breakfast nd dinner beyond delicious nd very romantic dinner. Outside the property only has few places u can eat and best spot was the Rooftop lounge. Thank you will definitely visit again!!!

I liked the properties conditions, very clean and confortable, great and conveniently located. The staff and service was excellent, but unfortunately in occasion the surrounding area was not at the level of the quality of the property.
