"The staff was downright disrespectful. We went to the dining area, and at first, they told us to sit at a specific table. Then, while we were still in the middle of our meal, they came over and rudely told us to get up and move — without any explanation, and in a very unprofessional tone. The breakfast was a joke. "Main downside was no tea/coffee in the room - everything has to be paid for separately eg at the bar. Good breakfast was included for us. Bikes can be used for free which was nice. Air con not great, more like a fan, but we opened a window and in late May this was fine. Pleasant staff other than one officioius type in the restaurant."
