"The staff was downright disrespectful. We went to the dining area, and at first, they told us to sit at a specific table. Then, while we were still in the middle of our meal, they came over and rudely told us to get up and move — without any explanation, and in a very unprofessional tone. The breakfast was a joke. "Excellently situated opposite the train station, 5 minutes walk from the bus station which takes you to the airport, plus right on the Grand Canal. The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful, with restaurant suggestions. They even remembered our names and had our room ready for an early check in as we came back from our travels for an extra night here. Room well decorated and clean. Good buffet breakfast. "
