Hotel is in a new upscale marina area with lovely view. Very quiet and secure with an entrance in lobby allowing you to walk straight to probably the nicest mall in Cancun with many nice restaurants.

La ubicación y que está súper cerca el aeropuerto

Everything about the property was wonderful. The staff, leadership, and employees COULD NOT have been nicer and more helpful. Food was the best I've had at an all-inclusive. The only thing about it that wasn't perfect was the bar drinks - the mixes tasted cheap and the drinks were not strong. That being said, the service MORE than made up for a very minor issue. If the drinks matched the rest - this place would be HEAVEN!

Habanero was closed, so that was a bit disappointing. But Jorge, who manages the fresh margarita stand, always greeted us with a smile and made the best kiwi margarita! Definitely would comeback for him:)

Staff was awesome Property is clean Food is too pricey for the bad quality of it.

Amazing experience for me and my two kids we loved the whole experience from walking inn to leaving every one was helpful outstanding decoration food treatment the location of the hotel and comparing to others that I visited previously this is the best

Loved the pool, breakfast and employees were so nice!

Absolutely amazing! It’s an expensive resort but you honestly get what you pay for! Jonathan was our butler and he moved mountains to accommodate us. Even after we moved to another room, we could still count on him answering our questions, reserving activities, making reservations, but most importantly giving what I believed to be honest feedback. We stayed in the villa, penthouse suite, and master suite. The upgrade to the rooms were complementary since we had the vip experience. Each room gave...

My recent stay at this hotel in Cancun was an absolute delight. It’s the epitome of luxury, and the location is ideal. What truly stood out, though, was the incredible food. The dining experience was nothing short of amazing. A big plus is that in Cancún, where all-inclusive is common, this hotel offers a great option for those who want the flexibility to explore the area and not be tied to an all-inclusive plan. I highly recommend this hotel for a five-star getaway

Very nice, small hotel (6 rooms, that backs up to a golf course. Owners very involved with the guests as well as very lovely people. Breakfast is great. Staff extremely accommodating. All at very good prices compared with the larger hotels in the zone.

Beautiful

As opposed to one of the larger resort’s maze of paths and pools and restaurants (and people,) the Sun Palace has a more intimate boutique hotel feel. It’s been recently renovated, and it shows. We upgraded to a honeymoon suite (room 530) at check in (tip: wait until check in to upgrade for an opportunity to negotiate the price. Be prepared to say no to their offer to exchange the cost of the upgrade for a “promotional presentation breakfast” unless that’s your jam… we preferred to pay a...

Our second stay here. The staff is super friendly. Casy and Mari are very nice and helpful. They take pride in their work. Look forward to returning. Only wish the bed was a bit more comfortable but other than that all was very nice.

Friendly, helpful, very comfortable

Had an excellent 5-night stay at the stunning Hyatt Vivid Grand Island. Located just a short 15-minute ride from the Cancun Airport, and nestled on a beautiful lagoon- it was the perfect location. The staff was the best part of our stay. EVERY single staff member was happy and helpful and truly went out of their way to ensure you were having a great stay. Some noteworthy staff include Eduardo, Pablo and Jose from the beach club, Angel, Marta, Roman, and Jesus from the hotel bar/pool staff, and...

Fue una gran estadía muy conveniente

Literally writing this review while waiting for our ride to the airport! This is our second visit and WE LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The staff is amazing, the vibe is sexy and fun, the theme nights are a must! We are not LS couple but have the best time ever here because everyone is just so nice and friendly while respecting boundaries!! The sexy pool is great for a good time, However, there are a few places to break away if you need some quiet time. The restaurants are good, and the staff is...

Perfect place ever ,staffing amazing very helpful

I like that they have club member adult site and family site separately so i was able to have quite time. The room was spacious, clean and had a beautiful ocean view. The beach was goergease and there were much fewer seaweed than I expected so i enjoyed staying at beach most of time. There are many restaurant choices. I couldn't go to all the restaurants during my 5 night 6 days stay, but my favorite was DOMO. Domo is a must go restaurant. Over all staffs are well trained and have professional...

Stayed at Suites Sina for 10 days. Rooms are big, clean, and food was delicious. Beds were incredibly comfortable especially after a day at the beach, diving, or visiting ruins. Internet was fast and did not have problems when I skipped with family. The aircon kept the room pleasant or cold if you wanted it. The view of the lagoon hotel zone across the way were beautiful. The pool is big so you will not feel crowed. They staff were very polite and helpful. They made guests feel at home with...
