2/10 Terrible

"Unfortunately, our stay was not as awesome as we'd liked it to be. Our bathroom was so filthy. I asked the front desk about a partial refund. Unfortunately he was not able to provide that to us. Said he could move us rooms. Also mentioned having the housekeeping team clean it. We waited for the next morning for them to clean it. The staff came in restocked everything but to not clean the bathroom. There was no cream for coffee at 8:00 in the morning and I was told unfortunately they were out. It was not a good stay."

"Front desk workers were shockingly surly. All of them. Visibly looked like they hated their jobs, openly talking smack about guests when I was checking in. Really weird, and not just one crew — different people on different days… Maintenance staff in comparison were incredibly friendly. Solid bar and restaurant for a hotel like this with great staff. Reasonable room vs price expectation. I would just stay somewhere else next time with a basic level of hospitality where I don’t feel like a burden using the front desk."

"The manager was very rude. I booked/paid for 2 rooms for June8-11. On June 10 while the majority of my party was in the middle of a treacherous hike the manager approached my sister in the room she was in and said the second room had only been reserved by our third party for two nights and if he didn't get immediate payment then he was going to have all our items packed and removed from the room. He stood in her doorway for approximately 5 minutes trying to intimidate her. He finally said we needed to stop by the desk when we returned to the hotel. I called the hotel where he told me the same thing. That the third party had only booked the room I was in for 2 nights not 3. I hung up on him to try to get a hold of hotels.com My sister took a picture of my reservation information to the front desk where she was then informed that someone had left our pamphlet that had our room keys at the front desk around 11 am. My party left the hotel before 9 to start our activities. The hotel staff did get us back into the room but the manager was very rude insisting we thank him for his and his staffs actions. He did not offer an apology for his actions. The managers name is Bob and I was told he is the general manager of the property. He was very rude and unprofessional with us. The only positive interaction we had with front desk staff was with DeeDee. She was amazing"
