"When we checked in we had the pleasure of the Reception Manager, handling our room assignment, we requested a higher floor and better view than our original room and without hesitation we were moved to the 15 th floor with a million dollar view which was perfect as we were staying 10 days in London. The staff was completely helpful in every way , as I asked for some shipping supplies specifically some boxes and bubble wrap, which was taken care of with a smile . The nicest stay in Europe I have ever had ! "
