I had a small issue with the AC in my room and the hotel responded promptly. I travel allot and understand that sometimes things go wrong or break. Its the way the hotel responds that matters to me. However, the rooms sure need a renewal of some of the furniture and carpets. They look and feel kind of overused. Overall a great place to stay in Mexico City. "
