"Great overall experience. Service was outstanding. Everyone went out their way to make my stay enjoyable. Food was top tier. Usually all inclusive resort buffet food isn’t that good. Planet Hollywood Costa Rica 🇨🇷 buffets were really good. Food was good at the restaurants as well. Like all resorts I have visited lately, the alcohol was watered down. Star class alcohol wasn’t much of an upgrade in my book. Night life was good also (Shows and night club). 2 swim up bars at the pool. Hotel needs to invest in new towels and cushions for pool lounge chairs. Definitely will return in the future. "

"Really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is closer to the airport and Liberia which really matters for excursions. If you are going to the national parks like Rincón, Tenorio etc you are much closer than if you stayed in Tamarindo. The resort was nice clean and located right on the beach..We only had the basic food package level and I thought the buffet food was pretty good. Other guests were sour on the food quality the best way I can describe it is good quality wedding catering. It is good but food mad is mass batches is also not quite restaurant quality. If you are picky about food you can upgrade and eat at the sit down oriental or Italian restaurants which were amazing! Overall really good value for the price."

"Great hotel in coco. The room was clean and well stocked. They have a convenience store in the lobby to buy anything you need. On site is a restaurant and bar. The pool is amazing and clean. You can literally stay at the resort and cover all the bases. Parking is just outside the facility and is free. A short walk (<2 mins) from the hotel you are in the main city for bars and fun, also the beach. The staff here is multilingual and very friendly. I highly recommend staying here. I know I’ll be back "
