"The hotel is nice however unfortunately when I booked it, I didn’t notice that I booked a smoking room. I’m so used that it’s never really an option and you would actually need to spend extra time selecting a smocking room, so I didn’t expect it by default. When I talked to a front desk, a woman said they were completely booked so couldn’t move me to another room.
