"The Buffalo Mountain Lodge was definitely one of our favorites! The lodge is cozy yet has a rather luxury feel. The hot tub is spacious, and above all, the views are breathtaking. "

"Clean but extremely “rustic”. Out dresser was missing 2 drawers, only decaf coffee, pull out was like all other pull outs. Kids had a blast in the pools and attendant there was very nice. "

"Great location where it's far enough away from downtown but walkable. Wonderful restaurant on site, really enjoyed going there every night for dinner and every morning for breakfast if I didn't want to go anywhere else. The room was comfortable, and reception staff are all super helpful. Parkade is nice, clean, well-lit. Lobby area is good for a quick break. I would definitely want to stay here again."

"The stay was very good. I like the location the best of all hotels in Banff. I had three separate reservations for here over 8 nights, aside from two other hotels in Banff. I find Park Lodge to be in calmer side of Banff yet walking distance to everything. The staff has definitely improved their demeanor from a few months ago and i find easy to wind down in the comfort of the room after a full day of hiking. They only thing they could improve on is the tea and coffee served in the room daily and consistency in the shampoo/conditioner/bodywash used across rooms in the hotel as some use the better Bee line whereas other rooms still have the older version of cleansing products which is a bit weird. "

"Walking distance to everything. Room was quiet and the bed was so comfortable. Parking was easy. Even enjoyed the hot tubs! "
