"The hotel was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful. In particular, the front desk crew (Rodney and Mia) helped us with very useful advice on where to go and what to do and directions. They were very patient and really nice people. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location is right in the centre of the action."

"The staff, from the beginning to the end of our trip, were exceptional. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to ensure that all of our needs were met. The hotel is situated in one of the most breathtaking locations imaginable and offers outstanding amenities, including a wonderful spa and beautiful pools. The golf course was impeccably maintained, and the scenery is truly second to none. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return. While the prices are certainly on the higher side, the overall experience makes it well worth the cost. Another great feature is that the hotel is within walking distance of the town of Banff, with several fantastic hiking trails accessible directly from the property. Lastly, I highly recommend Castello, the hotel's Italian restaurant. The quality of the food was outstanding, and the prices were very reasonable considering the exceptional dining experience."

"Room was clean . Any requests were responded to immediately, you did not have to send a reminder. Jana, who was in charge of the Breakfast Nook was amazing! In & out of the kitchen ensuring that there the buffet was dishes were topped up at all times. Always busy, helpful. She was the best. Front desk, they had these home made snacks out each day. We grabbed them on our way out yo munch on on our excursions. One cold evening when we returned to the lodge they set up a station of all the ingredients to make Smores' including the fire place! I thought this was a nice touch. Finally, due to all the road works in the area, the airport shuttle could not meet us the lodge. We were overwhelm with the thought of logging around with the luggage to the meeting point as my husband is recovering from a critical surgery ( trip was planned before the surgery ). I went to the front desk to explain - the clerk said " No worries, we will get someone to take the luggage to the meeting point for you " she said she will leave note for the next clerk on duty. I have to say, there was no issues when it was time to leave. The entire staff is very efficient. Kudos to you guys! We will visit again!"
