"The pool, jacuzzi and steam room at the sister property Banff Park Lodge was excellent. Bow View Lodge location was great. Room was clean, fridge wasn't very cold."

"The hot tubs were excellent. Not as overcrowded or overrun with kids nor were there any poorly behaved young adults as per my experiences at other hotels. Our room was nice, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the water pressure in the shower was far less than what either of us expected. However, the low water pressure in the shower would not stop us from staying at the Moose again in the future."

"Some lights weren’t working and the bathroom towel rack is located behind the bathroom door which is awkward to get to. Walls were thin so you can hear people next door. "
