"Beautiful hotel. We were greeted by a glass of prosecco whilst we checked in. We had a standard room which was more than adequate in size and it has the softest bed and linen I think I have ever stayed in, the room had a balcony looking out over part of the golf course. We played golf and used the spa after which is intimate in size but well worth using. We ate in both restaurants and had breakfast on the terrace both mornings. "Perfect location - walkable to every major attraction in Canterbury. It is an older building but it gives it charm! :) the continental breakfast was good. Overall, great stay and would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone."

"I found the staff where extremely helpful and not being young anymore I did need help sometimes and they could not have done more. Breakfast was made easy for me as a delightful young lady member of staff was there to help each morning."

Breakfast was fabulous with a choice of cooked or a large continental menu. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was a smallish double and the shower was adequate but not a huge space. Overall a delightful experience.
