"Beautiful property. Nice rooms. Very clean. Food very good. Small pools. Lotsa of loungers and shade. Nice beach. Can't make reservations for restaurants but not a big deal. Always got in. Waited with a puck when necessary. Resort wines were decent. Bar carts come around pool but blended drinks omly at the actual bars. The 1 beach towel a day is ridiculous!!! Can't switch them out for the next day is ridiculous 🙄. Have to wait til 9 a.m to get them. Towel people were very unfriendly and rude about it. Overall a lovely 10 nights and would return."

"The Grand DeCameron Complex Bucerias was magical. Charmingly authentic beautiful hotel complex. Friendly, gracious lovely staff throughout. Cleanliness is first and foremost. Lovely rooms with great views from every angle with lush tropical garden views or ever changing ocean vistas. The food at the buffet was beyond expectation. Freshly made entrees at every meal with something for everyone's pallet. Beach areas and pool areas are wonderful and family friendly. Bar areas are conveniently located. Not overcrowded or too loud. We are looking forward to returning soon. Muchas gracias por todo!"

"Our suite was clean, though there were a few small things that could use attention. Overall, everything was okay. The staff experience was mixed—some employees didn’t have the best attitudes. It may have been due to the heat, but regardless, customer service should remain a priority. Guests should still feel welcomed and treated well. The resort is definitely family-friendly. The kids had a great time and really enjoyed themselves. The pools were clean, and the bartenders did an excellent job keeping up with the crowd, which we appreciated. Overall, the main area for improvement would be ensuring that all employees provide better, more consistent customer service. "

"Los Picos Bucerias was awesome. We stayed on the 6th floor hotel room overlooking the ocean and enjoyed the views and amazing sunsets. The restaurant was excellent and the drinks were great by the pool. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. This hotel is a short walk to Bucerias market and many excellent restaurants with great food choices."
