"Stayed at this property 12 years ago hasn’t really changed much, just a poorly executed refurb, staff as usual excellent, food great overall 5 star "

"Checking in with multiple suitcases, I wasn’t offered assistance although there were three women at front desk. I asked for assistance and then was told Helpful staff overall. "

"Room is clean daily, staff are very friendly, kind, very accommodating, spa treatments is great, breakfast buffet is good, however, no shuttle service for airport pick up, text messages and phone calls not answered, tv has only 3 English channels (ie: news, documentary and discovery), phone lines not working all the time, but will fix it right away. I still love the place and recommend. "
