Absolutely best time ever!! The staff is so attentive and kind! Pictures does this place no justice. They offer their own driver and he was fantastic “Dewa” made us feel so comfortable when we were out and about! Everyone from the office to the restaurant was absolutely fantastic. New hotel with very well appointed rooms and nice pool and beach. Comfy beds.

This hotel is situated along a stretch of road where there are the best food and drink options and just a 10 minute walk to the city center where the market is. Great shopping lines the street so it's always a nice stroll otherwise thet will shuttle you for free. The hotel staff is THE FRIENDLIEST we have met in all of Bali. The staff was super nice, everything there was perfect. Take the breakfast option when you do your reservation it's really good and worth it. The only con here is the beach it's not the best in Bali but it's very close to some of the best beachs on the island. Enjoy

I can't explain the gratitude towards the staff! Very friendly and helpful always smiling ! Make you feel like you are at home! The food is amazing! All the restaurants were perfect! The kids always could order off the children's menu up to 4 years everything is free. Room - it was nice and spacious we stayed in a suite with two Queen beds. I would recommend the lagoon villa it looked lovely ! Or by the beach. Children- kids club isn't free 4 + you need to pay which was a little turn off...

What a location and beautiful property. It takes 3 hours to get there from Ubud, but what an unbelievable stay, and well worth the journey. This is an absolute hidden gem! I will be back and than 4 days, next time.

We enjoyed this hotel so much that we are bringing family for another stay in 2024. The room was comfortable and we slept well. We ate in the cafe for dinner and again the next morning. There is nearby access to the beach and the staff is kind and welcoming. We didn't use the pool, but it was tempting. We thought that this was a great place for the cost. We didn't know that the bottled water was free since it was listed as mineral water on the minibar price list. We'll clarify whether or not...

Fantastic homestay with a great pool! The place still has units under construction (July 2024) but we did not mind. We cant wait to come back! Very close the the beach, comfortable rooms and wonderful owners!

Very beautiful place, atmosphere!

Gorgeous property! Room was stunning! We had a 2 story bungalow and the extra space was such a luxury. Loved the outdoor tub and the unique touches such as sarong and night shirt. Just don’t wear the sarong if you go for a walk as all the vendors will know where you are staying. The toilet in the room was the only disappointing space, it looked like the original. Am amazing hotel, would stay again and again.

Our family recently stayed at Villa Seriska Satu for 3 nights. The service we received from the Owner Nilesh was exceptional, and the staff catered to needs very well. We loved the food, and the willingness of the staff to make our stay special. The villa is a little older than some but is exceptionally clean, comfortable, very spacious and the pool is great. There are many restaurants close by, including some of the very funky beachfront cafes. We would definitely stay at this villa again...

This place was a dream, the staff is so friendly and the rooms are beautiful. I felt extremely safe being a woman of color on my first solo trip! The staff treats you like family .. definitely will be back here again.

Exceptionally welcoming staff, clean property in good condition with good food. We stayed in seven properties in Bali on this holiday, some significantly more expensive but this was our favourite by a long way and probably the only one we would consider returning to. Good value, relaxing and welcoming.

Damai hotel was very nice and relaxing in a beautiful serene setting. Drinks and food at the hotel are first class but on the expensive side for Bali. The problem with the place is there is not much to do if you are there for a several days. The town of Lovina is small and it does not offer much of shopping or great restaurants. The beach is ugly and uninviting. Hotel is the nicest place to be. If you must come to this part of the island I recommend Damai hotel. However the over all experience...

Amazing place!

We have a small child and the pool in the villa was perfect for her. The staff members were so accommodating and friendly. The landscaping is gorgeous. The furnishings are a bit dated but perfectly serviceable. And this resort had the best food compared to others we stayed at on the trip. All in all a great experience.
