The Milestone is in a class by itself. It provides personalized "old world" service while offering every modern amenity The front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping department is outstanding; every area of the hotel is absolutely spotless. Those who work in the restaurant, especially during breakfast, are excellent. This is a quaint hotel. The bathrooms are brand new, but the rest of the hotel has an English feel that welcomes you. The elevators are very small, but we never had any problems using them. There is a wonderful bar and an excellent restaurant. The staff could not be nicer. We had a dedicated doorman who helped me in and out of taxis. We loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend it.

Lovely hotel right near the Christmas market and all the fun things to do. Cute rooms with kettle, and tea options, robes, slippers etc. huge bathroom. All very clean and comfortable. Staff were always friendly.
