The staff were really lovely and helpful, with everything they gave us a map to Harry Potter as the hotel is a Perfect location if you are visiting the Warner brothers studio. It’s a 20 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride for £6. There is Nothing else in the area to do, however, you can visit the town of Watford, which is a 10minute taxi ride away £10. Lots of pubs and restaurants "

"BREAKFAST , NOTHING TO WRITE HOME ABOUT. room , VERY GOOD CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE, HOWEVER FAR TO FAR FROM MAIN HOTEL WITH LOTS OF STAIRS TO NAVIGATE, NOT ADVISED OF DISTANCE THROUGH COVERED WALKWAY ."

"This is poorly cleaned.I found some under wear from a previous customer left in the room looking dirty and horibly left.after the bed looked changed and shinny. This is embarrasing and made me feel sick and horrible. I complained but my room was not changed, the underwear was taken away but nothing else was done.never seen this before,disturbing scene indeed"
