I can't explain the gratitude towards the staff! Very friendly and helpful always smiling ! Make you feel like you are at home! The food is amazing! All the restaurants were perfect! The kids always could order off the children's menu up to 4 years everything is free. Room - it was nice and spacious we stayed in a suite with two Queen beds. Luxurious hotel with amazing beaches. The breakfast buffet or at the lounge was amazing. The staff are very helpful and they make you feel that you are their only guest. They knew our breakfast routine after one time only. As soon as we walk in they got me and my husband our favorite latte as strong as we like it. there were so many steps and so few hand rails. It was difficult for us to navigate around. I would not recommend for elders or even mildly handicapped.

We have a small child and the pool in the villa was perfect for her. The staff members were so accommodating and friendly. The landscaping is gorgeous. The furnishings are a bit dated but perfectly serviceable. And this resort had the best food compared to others we stayed at on the trip. All in all a great experience.

There is nothing that isn't amazing about this hotel. The villas provide views of the Indian Ocean, with gorgeous private pools in each, and great day beds attached. The service, restaurants, and general facilities are all perfect. We could have spent months here. Thanks for a great vacation Alila!

My family, Me, my wife and 2 kids, had stayed the Santai the night before we left Bali. As we had to take the flight very early in the morning, we left the hotel almost midnight. Though it was a very short stay, I was really impressed by the considerate services arrangement of the manager. For instance, he managed to provide us with free dinner because we couldn't get free breakfast which was included for the reservation. Overall, it was really delightful experience for us.

Staff is beyond exceptional. They go above and beyond to take care of their guests. Highly recommend!
