My family, Me, my wife and 2 kids, had stayed the Santai the night before we left Bali. As we had to take the flight very early in the morning, we left the hotel almost midnight. Though it was a very short stay, I was really impressed by the considerate services arrangement of the manager. For instance, he managed to provide us with free dinner because we couldn't get free breakfast which was included for the reservation. Overall, it was really delightful experience for us.

Our stay was simply amazing. The staff was top notch, and on top of everything that we could have (and did) ask for. The beach is about 200’ down the road, and is on a quieter street. There is construction, but barely noticeable. There is also sound of clubs at night (You would bear the clubs if you stayed anywhere in Canggu) as some other reviewers mentioned, but if you close the doors, and turn on the AC, the sound just blends in to everything else and did not affect our sleep. We stayed here after our Villa in Ubud was a bit overrun by outdoor pests. We intended to only stay one night while our original lodging was being fumigated but had the greatest experience with the staff and the hotel that we extended our stay. The location is great, the inclusive breakfast was ok, and the rooftop bar view was breathtaking. I will definitely stay here again!

All the staff was so friendly and was fast to help. They cleaned our laundry everyday smelling nice and fresh. Room was clean and beautiful views. Love to be back again

I can't explain the gratitude towards the staff! Very friendly and helpful always smiling ! Make you feel like you are at home! The food is amazing! All the restaurants were perfect! Luxurious hotel with amazing beaches. The breakfast buffet or at the lounge was amazing. The staff are very helpful and they make you feel that you are their only guest. there were so many steps and so few hand rails. It was difficult for us to navigate around. I would not recommend for elders or even mildly handicapped.

The service, people, environment, and setup were all excellent! With a slight exception, many flies were at the restaurant during dining, which took away from the experience.

Service was the best, there were so many excellent personal I couldn’t name them all but thank you to all the staff that attended us. We plan to return. We were upgraded , food was delicious, pool, drinks. Hotel has a amazing theme, it needs some maintenance but would still recommend.

We enjoyed this hotel as a point to relax in and as a launching point for day trips. The staff was both willing and able to help in day trips to make all the arrangements. Definitely a place I would return to.
