"Every thing was great"

"On the same day of check-in at Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls, I've received a txt message that our reservation have been transferred to another hotel. Same price same "arrangements", as per Oakes Hotel but the experience was not as we expected. Let alone the re-arrangements at the last minute, long time waiting to check in as well as falls view room I specially request for my guests, was not the same as it should be at Oakes Hotel. Just wondering if I can ask a compensation for the...

"Very good value, clean and well maintained and right in the middle of Clifton district with view of the falls. Breakfast bar was great. Had to park offsite because of limited space, but it's less than 5 min walk and rate was reasonable."

"There is no smart tv the hotel is very very old Some if the ice and vending machine is not working . Just be sure when you booked its not FALLS VIEW it a REVIER VIEW which is totally different"

"The hotel and everyone there was great!!! Very helpful!!! The hotel was very clean and the location was amazing!!!!!!"

"Great Hotel. Great staff. We had a good time there. Price for Food is Good. Good Variety. But Sorry but the coffee was horrible. We also had a Crack in the sink and female hair on the bathroom wall when we got there. It was very cold in the waterpark."

"The property was located close to necessities and Niagara Falls. The waterpark was a nice perk but soooo small. Parking was extra (which I wasn't aware of ahead of time- $25). Arcade was cute but expensive. Coupons were offered for their breakfast and dinner and spa. Bring your own shower toiletries... they have a gym style, all in one, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash dispenser in the shower...and with the amount of chlorine in the pool you'll want real conditioner! Room was clean and staff was...

"I had a wonderful time there. The view from the room was gorgeous, and it was worth it, with several food options, including Starbucks in the lobby and a hotel restaurant."

"Great views! Good efficient rooms!!"

"No dan desayuno"

"Location"

"The view was awesome. Hallways look like they are under construction."

"Everything"

"Absolutely excellent staff! The bellman and the greeter were outstanding and the reception staff were very good! The staff at the Moose and Squirrel and the restaurant were wonderful! The staff made this a good experience. The maintenance of our bathroom was another issue. Dripping tub faucet and stuck drain cover in the sink causing a funky odour were not so fun."

"Great location and very helpful staff. The rooms with the tub are a little outdated and need some upgrading but overall clean and comfortable."
