Amazing gem in the Montalcino nearby area in the heart of Tuscany! The place is beautiful with a very interesting history and never hurts that it is in a winery to enjoy great Brunello while there. Minnie the manager was simply amazing with endless tips, information, and help. Thank you!

The La Monastica resort was a wonderful place with a staff who were exceptionally welcoming, pleasant and helpful. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The location and grounds were beautiful with some modern influences in decor but really maintaining the overall old world charm and aesthetic of the monastery. We really enjoyed time in the bar playing cards and drinking some great cocktails.

Wonderful, beautiful property! The rooms are immaculate and nicely decorated. Breakfast is bountiful with wonderful homemade tarts, breads, frittatas. Do not miss dining in the restaurant for dinner. We had several dinners among the best of our 3 week trip to Italy. The staff is very professional, friendly and passionate about their job. Thank you Vito and Caterina for going above and beyond expectations and making our stay one I will never forget. We are already planning our return.

A beautiful and relaxing stay. The breakfast, the thermal baths, all wonderful. The staff is warm and welcoming. The area has some small restaurants (highly recommend Leone only) and a bodega close by. You will love the views!

Top notch property and hospitality while in Florence!

This property was stunning. Gorgeous views westward over the rolling Tuscan hills, paired with a cozy spa and relaxing outdoor pool were the perfect setting for a portion of our honeymoon. The staff was very friendly/helpful and management certainly does a superb job maintaining this historical setting.

Stained here at the end of an eight day trip around Italy. This hotel was head and shoulders above the others I visited, it is a boutique hotel of seven rooms. Our room was a suite. It was bigger than many apartments, with a large living room with daybed, a beautiful master bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower with jets overhead as well as side jets, ample closet storage, fridge, and safe. Everything about this property was unique and well thought. Appreciated the interior design and attention to art and finer details. Truly enjoyed the way in which the stone and wood from the ancient tower was incorporated into the design. the apartment did in fact feel luxurious and very efficient.

Gorgeous place and quiet sanctuary right in the middle of a busy, hectic city. No street noise in the rooms. every single staff member was delightfully helpful. If I was forced to complain about something,.. I would say that the lobby restaurant was hired out for private evets multiple nights so hotel guests had no ability to access that amenity.

I had a great experience here that far exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, just a short walk from major tourist attractions.
