Breakfast wasn’t the best. Waited a long time to be served, hash browns were refried and inedible, curtain torn in bedroom.

"A very good location for walking into Leamington Spa. I liked the fresh modern decoration and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a shame that the bathroom was let down by the worn out dirty shower screen seal."
