Excellent hotel. Rooms are cleans and new. Staff were friendly. Breakfast is a must, a lot of different choices. Pool is awesome. They do offer transportation to the park which you have to reserve.

Nice and clean hotel with good breakfast options and it’s closer to all Disney theme parks.

This is a very nice resort! Everyone is friendly and professional. The restaurant serves some of the best food and cocktails that I’ve ever had. I was impressed by the size of the room, it has a walk in closet, washing machine, living room and a kitchen. This made our trip to Disney a very relaxing experience. Keep up the great work!

Great stay! Comfortable, clean rooms, breakfast was good and friendly staff. . We were able to take the shuttle to Magic Kingdom which was a real plus! I would recommend this hotel!!

Property was perfect for what we needed, unfortunately the water park on site was closed for repairs, which was a bummer as that was the main reason I booked it.

Everything was amazing from the comfortable beds, the buffet breakfast was a plus close to ALL theme parks highly recommend

Great stay!

My daughter and I recently stayed at the Terraces building of The Grove resort and everything was perfect for us! We felt safe, the room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was a nice spot to relax at and the waterpark area was so much fun for us!! We are already planning our next trip back. Don’t know where all of the negative reviews are coming from, you will love the Grove Terraces.

This property was safe and clean which is our number one expectation. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast and evening snacks were always well stocked and of good quality. The hotel is in a convenient location for transport to universal, restaurants, and grocery stores.

It was stunning and pristine. Very well managed, maintained and extremely clean. Awesome amenities and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. My wife and I loved it and we’re so glad we chose to stay here for our 25th anniversary.

The beginning of a great stay started with Carmen at the front desk. We felt welcomed, informed and appreciated. I read reviews about the hot water, but we had no problem; the shower was great with adequate hot water. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily. The mattresses isn’t plush but I slept well. Very close to universal, walkable locations, and many food options near by!

Love this property! Room was clean with very comfy beds. Was able to keep it cool in 95 degree weather. Easily accessible to all parks so no need in driving. Beautiful place

While this resort is beautiful and clean we had a few issues. First, it would have been wonderful to know that they will rent out many of the common areas (pool), restaurants and bars for private events. There was an event just about every night we during our 7 day stay. Some nights we were not able to use the bridge to cross to our villa so we (3 adults, 3 small children) had to walk around extra 4 buildings, other nights we were not able to use the main pool, sports bar or pool side bar.
