"From the moment we arrived, we are had courteous, helpful staff. My husband had asked for an upgrade as we were celebrating our anniversary and for a small fee, we were given an executive suite which was lovely. Everything in it was spotless, complete with an enormous, comfortable bed. Shortly after being shown to our room, we were given a beautiful complimentary balloon, card and chocolates to celebrate our anniversary. It's the little things that made it such an enjoyable stay. We were staying with another 5 members of our family who also enjoyed their stay. Our daughters favourite was the pool area."
