"This place deserves 10's all the way. Rooms are very nice with everything you need. The free breakfast is excellent with choices on entrees served hot. Staff wait on you at breakfast. Staff is more than willing to help you with any need. The evening soup provided was also very good. The only negitive is access by car is a little difficult."

Told the check out about it and they said they would surely have a staff meet about it. But that was all they said. Otherwise great hotel and stay! Very much enjoyed it. Loved the pool and hot tub! "The room was above average. We still had a good time. Right when we stepped out of the elevator to our floor level…the carpet was stained in couple of spots. For a luxury hotel, I just expect a little better presentation to continue from the grand lobby to the floor levels. The furniture were way too big for the small room.
