The rooms were very comfortable, clean and quiet. Our group of 4 had excellent service and a great breakfast. We only stayed one night and wish we could have be there multiple days. The location was very convenient to explore Dunbar by foot. Would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Dinner and breakfast were delicious. We were there on trivia night and were invited to join in. The staff was friendly and informative.

We highly recommend The Leddie for your next visit to the East Lothian coast. The Leddie provides an elegant and upscale ambiance at a reasonable price. It was perfect for our “home base” for the East Lothian portion of our golf trip which included North Berwick, Gullane, Muirfield and Renaissance Club. Orchard House Lodges was our base for nearly a week. It was the perfect place to unwind and rest after our days of touring beautiful Scotland. It was clean and furnished with everything we needed, including preparing simple meals when we desired. The views are beautiful, it’s very quiet, and only a couple of miles into town for any shopping needs or restaurants/take-outs you may want. Okay, so as long as you park within the parking space lines (for fire safety reasons) your stay at the Spindrift Guest House should be a great experience. The honesty bar in the lounge is extremely well-stocked. We did not partake, but the whisky selection according to my husband was excellent. The room is spacious and well-decorated.
