"The single storey cottage with its beautiful courtyard is an ideal place to stay right in the centre of Crail. The decor was lovely and the bed extremely comfortable. Lots of nearby gardens and beaches to visit."

"We had a great 2 night stay. The cottage is very well equipped with all the basic necessities you need. It’s in a quiet location which was nice to come back to after spending a whole day in the city. We used Ubers to get back and forth which we had no issues or long wait times considering the location. We would most definitely return. Thank you!!"

"Good for family (2 adults, 4 kids). Good location, 30 minute walk or 10-15 minute bus ride to the city centre. Clean apartment, some initial struggle with the front door key ‘technique’ but the video was helpful, could’ve done with a few more kitchen utensils / oven trays for self catering. Overall good, would stay again. "

"Property is situated in the grounds of Spital House and it very quiet. Cottage is very spacious and was very clean and is well stocked with essential equipment. Liked the small welcome pack also the pint of milk in the fridge. The stables are directly behind the property and the horses where in the field every day. Found it difficult to find as directions from the post code take you to Paxton so better to set google maps for Spital House this takes you almost to the front door of the cottage....

"We had a fabulous family stay over Christmas and New Year. Plenty of space to spread out for the whole family. Comfortable beds, clean and warm house with everything you need in a beautiful setting. Lots of wildlife in the grounds. Easy access to Edinburgh and the surrounding area. We’d happily return!"
