"This is a lovely spacious well presented caravan on a lovely beach side Haven site. The host provided things like towels, tea, coffee, sugar and toilet roll and lovely little extras like mini shampoo and body wash and biscuits and chocolates were waiting for us on our arrival. The gas bottle did run out on our first night but the host responded immediately to my message and arranged for staff to come and replace it immediately. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again. Thanks"

"This worked well for us as a base for a family catch up in Edinburgh. Though we didn’t use any of the facilities on the site, there seems to be plenty to do for families and the holiday park seems to be well taken care of. Plenty of choices in the surrounding towns for places to eat, and good links by bus or nearby train stations for quick access to Edinburgh."

"Relatively easy to find for someone coming for the United States. Unfortunately no uber drivers would come out that far to take us to Edinburgh and my wife was told by the host it’s 30mins away. Turned out to be over an hour by bus which was difficult and disappointing. The caravan itself was nice. The main bedroom was good enough for 2. The two spare rooms were much too small for two single beds. My sons couldn’t put their luggage in their rooms because there was no space. The carpet and couch...

"Overall, our stay here was average. There were good things and then things that need a little attention. Our room was clean and spacious enough for 2 people. The shower was pretty decent and large in size. The mattress was so uncomfortable though - it really needs to be changed. You could feel the springs through it and it made sleeping really difficult. The shower tiles need a bit of a scrub as there is a bit of grime on them. The food at the restaurant was quite nice, and the service was quick and friendly. The location is probably 20-25mins from Edinburgh itself, so it’s best to have a car. But public buses do stop just outside the hotel."
