"I was impressed with this hotel. Check in was a smooth process. Room was comfortable. I ate in the restaurant and the food and service were good. The planes were overhead but I couldn’t hear them in my room or restaurant. An enjoyable nights stay"

"We ended up staying two nights due to a flight issue. The staff were so friendly, and were great with helping us after our flight had been moved to the next day. We took our two cats as well, and we had no issues at all. The food at the restaurant was great! Lots to choose from. The location was great for our flight from Heathrow Terminal 2, and there was a shuttle bus and very accessible taxis/ubers in the area. The rooms were very clean as was the entire hotel. Really pleased with our stay and would recommend! Great price too considering it’s proximity to Heathrow."

"As you would expect from a Sofitel at a big airport. Best location for Terminal 5 - a 8 minute walk from my room to check in, all in doors, so no cold/rain to deal with. Very good value in my opinion."
