We were aware that a wedding was taking place at the hotel; however, the music was so loud that it made it impossible to sleep. As we were travelling with four young children, this made the situation particularly challenging. To their credit, the staff handled the situation well and moved us to a room on the fourth floor, which we were grateful for. That said, it was unreasonable to expect guests to pay for a room where the noise levels made it so difficult to rest."

"Easy to get to hotel from M25. Mum's salad and prawns excellent. Price reasonable for LHR hotel. Hoppa bus to T5 good. Parking spaces a shade tight if cars both sides. Staff were very good, bed and room comfortable (I should have got thinner duvet). Bath a shade high for mum to get in for a shower but fine for me. As pre flight stays it was very good and better than other LHR hotels I have used for parking."
