"This property is very conveniently close to Puerta del Sol. There is no outside noise at night. It is clean. The problem appears to be poor management. The phone number is provided but it is never answered. They should make it clear that all communication will be by WhatsApp. They should make it clear that an entry code will be provided on the day of checkin. Handle of washer broken, no plug for kitchen sink, walls very thin so any noise from adjacent apartments is noticeable."

"This is a spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean, very nicely furnished apartment with all the amenities necessary for a very comfortable longer stay. The location was absolutely perfect! You can walk everywhere, but yet it is on a quieter side street so you aren't kept away by noise. The management company was very responsive and communicated easily. This is one of the nicest VRBO apartments I've stayed in."

"The appartment is particularly well located in Chueca. It is very close to all touristic places in Madrid. The appartment is very clean, clear and well equipped. The terrace on the roof is particularly great to enjoy cool evenings after the long walks around the city. I highly recommend this place if you are in good shape because it is situated on the 4th floor."
