"Staff was excellent. Breakfast was good quality. Room was nice but a bit small. Washroom facilities were good. Wife uses an electric chair for travelling. There was no ramp from entrance to street and the side walk. The side walk on our side of the street was always blocked by customers off the restaurant up the street. Need a ramp to side walk on both sides of street so yoi can cross road in front of hotel or work with neighbours to make sure sidewalk is left with enough room to get by with wheel chair. "

The staff was great, super friendly always there for guidance around the city and anything you may need during your stay. The daily breakfast was superb and everything was fresh and ready for you. "Absolutely lovely hotel! Beautifully re-done in last couple of years. Staff was great, lovely dining area. Our only comment about this property is the accessibility. No parking and the taxis would not drop us off in front of hotel due to narrow street. If the hotel calls the taxi for you the taxis will come right to their front door. "
