"We went here in 2018 and again this year and both times have been great. Rooms were clean, bed was very comfortable, housecleaning was fantastic and the location was very close to shopping, train stations and restaurants. One thing we didn't like was there was a step you had to go over to go into the washroom, seems a bit dangerous, especially for the elderly. The other issue was the bottled water. To open it, you had to use a bottle opener which wasn't easy to get the cap off. A very old style...

"Reasonable price in Ginza. It is close to Higashi-Ginza Station - within a walking distance. Have restaurant near by. Lawson is just around the corner. "

"Good location. very near Shimbashi Station. Taxi from Tokyo Station is only 1000JPY. Hotel is Just round the corner of Ginza Shopping Strip. Lots of restaurants on both sides of Railway tracks. Lots to eat at breakfast buffet. There is free coffee/tea room with vending machine, free drinks. Family mart is just downstair of hotel. We love this location. "
