"The location was close to Universal Park and access to shuttle was easy, however the wait time was long. The rooms were okay a bit small. The outside area was a nice place to hang out after a long day, but the pool was small for the amount of people. Late night down at the lounge was relaxing and quiet. Be aware of hidden fees and additional service charges. The staff was nice and courtious"
