"Secluded large space, used to be a boutique hotel with now four rooms open/in use. Kids loved roaming around the property with the two horses being the fence and swimming in the pool with the beautiful views of the volcano Older property that fell a bit into disrepair, not the cheapest, but really responsive host who sent out the cleaning crew one more time Really relaxing, with hot springs just 5-10 minute drive away, we really enjoyed!"

"Small, cozy, friendly, quiet....we stayed for a month in the jungle of Guanacaste with Gary and his dog, Wally! The pool is wonderfully shady in the afternoons, Gary is a warm and friendly host, helpful and kind. We were looking for someplace near to beaches, great sunsets, and no crowds....meeting the locals, shopping the local markets, etc. This is the perfect spot to just sit back and relax."

"We wanted to book somewhere in the middle of nowhere and this was what we booked. What a stunning view of the surrounding area and the night sky was something I hope I can remember forever. The lodge was what you can expect for the price, certainly adequate enough and breakfast was more than enough and was included too.
