"Great spacious room with friendly staff. Facilities were also nice with access to gym and coin laundry. It’s always nice to come back to a spacious room and decompress after being on your feet all day. Definitely consider a stay at Orakai!"

"Close to the train station. The room is quite big and clean. Nice bathroom with bath. Housekeeping was very good. Our room on 11th floor has nice views of the surroundings. There is a supermarket across the street and small eateries around rhe place. Front desk staff was excellent although inflexible on the check in time. Loved the laundry on the 2nd floor."

"The rooms in this hotel are spacious and modern. The hotel was kept very clean, staff were working around the clock. The staff are very knowledgeable - I got my nails done and also went to a spa they recommended. The staff also suggested a few restaurants that were delicious. The hotel is in a good area for tourists. The palace is walking distance as well as Insadong and a lot of really good food. "

"Clean and quiet accommodation. The bathrooms were really clean and I had a standard queen-sized bed. There is not a bunk bed situation so you get your own section to stay in. I would totally recommend it and would love to stay here again. They are usually fully booked and I unfortunately was unable to extend my stay with this property. "
