"- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. The manager refused to speak to me and would only communicate through reception staff. The hotel is dirty and had to throw clothes and suitcase away because it was ridden with bugs. "The location of this hotel is amazing! You step outside the lobby and see the London Bridge. The room was pleasant enough and comfortable. I have to comment on the shower and how outdated it is. I don’t like the half shower door because all the water ends on the floor. Its height makes it extremely difficult and uncomfortable to enter and exit. "
