"The room itself was a little run down and could use a little maintenance, as there were cracks in the wall, broken window lock and shower door was stiff, but it was a pleasant stay overall, with decent facilities and a comfortable bed. "

Room was clean but the clothes storage was near to falling over, plug socket and light fittings damaged and potentially dangerous, metal bed frame broken and very noisy. "Lovely hotel in an excellent location, just a short walk from Tower Bridge. The staff were very courteous and helpful throughout my stay. The only drawback was the room temperature—on a hot day, I found that the air conditioning was centrally controlled, so I couldn’t adjust it using the in-room thermostat. Fortunately, the staff promptly provided a fan upon request, which made the stay more comfortable."

"In the heart of Piccadilly, excellent location, close to everything, so many food options around, close to Oxford street shopping district. Tourists attractions easy to access from this area. The rooms are extremely minimalist, a little table and a chair badly needed in the rooms, other than that comfortable stay newly remodeled."
