I stay in a lot of 5 star hotels and this one is by far the best. The service is outstanding. Every single person who works at this hotel is genuinely nice and genuinely wants to be of service for you. I highly recommend staying here if you are traveling with a family or bigger party as well. The location comes with breakfast served in your room and a luxury rental as well. So your saving time and money by not having to deal with that. My wife has a gluten allergy and they went out of their way...

Staying at The Ritz-Carlton Waikiki was an experience I just have to share. Honestly, it was the customer service that blew me away – it's like they've set a whole new standard. Imagine rating them 100 out of 10; that's how good they were. When our bidet had an issue, they had it replaced in less than 30 minutes. Needed a remote? Boom, delivered in 30 minutes as well. The valet parking wasn't just convenient, it was lightning fast. But, let me tell you, the real MVPs of our stay were the staff....

They treated us like royalty. Private, beautiful, wish we could have stayed longer. The way the resort is set up its as though the beach is private, even though all public beaches in Hawaii are public. All of the staff knew my name, even those I hadn't talked to. All of the staff was great. The manager of Hoku's was the best.

Great location close to the beach. Great price for the area and quality. Wonderful breakfast each day. Only suggestion would be to work on the drainage for the AC units. The condensation drops from the above unit onto the unit in the room making a constant dripping noise. Great place overall.

It is the best option for traveling!

I like that this property is so close to the beach and shopping area. The gym and laundry facilities located on the same floor was convenient. I was able to work out while waiting for the laundry to be done. The manager’s reception with live music and the breakfast with miso soup daily sweet fresh pineapple were really enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and clean. The bed was so comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. Tip: Hilton Honors membership...

We went to this hotel because another couple was sharing a room, and that is the only hotel with two king-size beds. There was a lovely gift basket in the room with flip-flops, two water bottles, some snacks and some sanitizing wipes. The restaurant at the hotel was amazing! The staff was so friendly, the food was beyond delicious. The pool area was phenomenal, with comfortable seats. I can’t say enough good about this hotel! We came in two days early before a cruise, and it felt like a whole...

Enjoyed our time here. We enjoyed that it was walking distance to many things however parking was very expensive.

Beautiful property

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly but a cleaning lady of my room was grumpy. The first night I found a dead cockroach in the bathroom. Parking is small and limited but free. Room is large in comparison with others in Waikiki . I’m going to stay this hotel again!

It was quiet compared to the properties in the heart of Waikiki. The staff was super friendly.

Trip to Honolulu, HI. We had already paid in advance for our entire stay. But, out of the blue my card on file was charged again for a week stay. No one contacted me. We found out when we tried to place a charge to my card and it was declined. We were so embarrassed b/c we knew how much we had in our account for this trip. The manager on duty offered 50% off on a second meal, and a free meal. Please…a week stay was charged to our card when we had paid that week stay in advance…well over $1800...

A quick 5 minute walk to the best stretch of beach! We loved our home away from home. The fully stocked kitchen and spacious suite really made our stay quite comfortable. The staff really exemplified the Aloha spirit and provided such great hospitality. We will definitely be staying here again for our future trips to Honolulu.
