"Would not recommend! I reserved a non smoking room. When I arrived they gave me a smoking room. I was told nothing could be done. It was overpriced and my reservation was not accurate. They also did not have hot water. Very disappointing stay"

"Everything was good except for the people at the hotel having a car convention. They were very loud until at least 10:45pm. The hotel staff got them to quiet down the 2nd night after 8pm and it was better."

"2nd time staying and would stay again. Loved the creek side. And basically loved the villa the only thing that we experienced was the shower and sink stopped up but the maintenance man came and fixed it emitely. The front is a teepee that would look awesome if it was painted.The grounds were well maintained had fire pit and grills picnic tables a very peaceful place. The staff is great."

"PROS: Desk staff was courteous/ friendly; Convenient location to Sylva; Quiet; Plenty of outlets in room CONS: Dirty bathroom floor (had a lot of hair from previous occupants - uncertain if pet or human); Holes in linens on bed; Bed mattress was in terrible condition (far too soft, due to long-term use - on one side there was a permanent indentation, which made sleep difficult and uncomfortable) NO INFO: Breakfast, because we did not eat Overall I would not go again. The bathroom floor clearly had not been swept well or at all, which made us wonder how much had actually been cleaned. The mattress, though, was the absolute worst we have ever slept on. We are still stiff and sore after two nights of sleeping on it. There is no excuse for a mattress that is so worn down it has giant, deep indentations where someone is sleeping. Unacceptable."
