This property was a gem of a find! The property was so beautiful, peaceful. Staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Shout out to Kit who was on duty in the evenings. He was such a pleasure to talk to during happy hour each evening. This is easy easy walk into old downtown Evergreen. Just beautiful and nothing nefative to say at all. Breakfasts were superb! Would stay here 100X over….

An absolutely sweet place nestled in the pines with great innkeepers. I had the Coyote Room which is an architectural and artistic wonder with original art and handcrafted furniture, oak floors and hand troweled plaster walls. Very cool. Great trails are right out the door and the proximity to Evergreen, Red Rocks and Golden is perfect. The breakfast was delightful and homemade. The feel is relaxing, unpretentious and welcoming.

We came to Longmont from Portland, Oregon, for a class and chose the Niwot Inn from the options we found online. I thought it was going to be a place to stay and instead it was an experience to remember. It is warm, welcoming, and relaxing, gorgeous to look at, and did I say relaxing? Sitting in a comfy chair in the evening in front of a wood fire and eating a warm cookie had me relaxing like I haven't in a long time. We met the owners, a mother-daughter duo who are proud of their lovely inn and...

We have stayed at Rose Street B&B several times, and we always look forward to the next trip! Helpful, friendly staff, great breakfast, fabulous mountain setting.

My partner and I fell in love with this hidden gem, and frequently return for getaways from summit county. Whether we are going to a red rocks show, or running errands in Denver- once we discovered Cliff House, we have never stayed anywhere else!
However. We've always paid about $200 a night which is a fair price for the cottages we've chosen... I tried to book a night in April, and it is over $400! That is really disappointing as that price is not reasonable, and I will not be able to return...

It’s quite rare to find a bed and breakfast that has a team of employees who are so invested in quality hospitality. Every employee was exemplary. Looking forward to staying there again next visit out that way .

It was like my own one BR apartment. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly and attentive. It was a very relaxing change from chain hotels and close to downtown Denver. Highly recommended.

The Lumber Barron Inn is an amazingly well kept 19th century mansion with beautiful details and antique decor. It tells a very interesting story. The owners are lovely and treated us so well during our stay. We live in Denver but are so glad we took this perfect staycation!!!

The Patterson is the place to stay in Denver. The bed in the Biltmore room was the most comfortable bed we have slept in on the road or maybe even at home. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable regarding Denver or other areas of Colorado. The presentation of the meals were just as pleasing as the taste. The neighborhood is an eclectic mix with several great restaurants and sites to take in. We parked the car and walked easily to all places of interest. Charlies' (piano bar...

Dane and Anne Marie have truly created an amazing sanctuary to get away from the hustle and bustle that day to day life brings. The views are absolutely stunning with lots of bird watching and Pikes Peak just on the horizon. The homemade breakfast was an added bonus every morning! Yummy! We couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming stay and we hope to come back some day! 11/10 recommend.
