We stayed in 222 and found the mattress quite hard and uncomfortable unfortunately, would definitely be worth a mattress/pillow refresh in there as we would love to be repeat guests in that room! Other than that everything was great, lovely accommodating and helpful staff and great to be able to park for free! "

"Room climate control kept returning to 19 deg C despite attempts to up temperature to 22 deg C. I woke up with a migraine and could not partake of either the spa or buffet breakfast which was included in my stay so cannot comment on these aspects of the hotel facilities."
