Katie I think thats her name, had her hands full serving a delightful breakfast to all her guests..(Well Done). Llandudno has a lot to offer which includes the Headlands and all of its staff. "requested for a lower floor room and was given one 104 a lovely room but traffic is noisy nothing much the hotel can do about that but you can keep the window shut and use the fan supplied, Staff are VERY helpful and friendly the food is very tasty and a good choice, Have stayed there before and will be going back again"
