"This hotel has very helpful and friendly staff and customer service . A/C works. Very well during hot summer. Hotel is well located . Rooms comfortable. We had breakfast included with was a plus , it had everything and more. Hotel was clean and has elevators . Cafe and bar open until late night . 100% recommend it . "

"We were here for only one night due to a train transfer to Rome airport but this was an excellent choice. There is an underground tunnel immediately outside the front door that leads to the train station. Breakfast opened at 7am which was perfect considering most other hotels we stayed at started later. This allowed us to grab a quick bite prior to departure. The area outside can be quite congested due to the train station but it is less than a 5 minute walk to the Duomo and 20-25 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio. At breakfast ( located at the 5th level), the spread was abundant and we were blown away by the views including the Duomo. There is an outstanding rooftop as well. The room was large by European standards with a very high ceiling and wood coffered. They had complimentary cold drinks and juices in the fridge. All in all, we had stayed here 20 years ago and were very impressed with the updates and the makeover. The staff were all very accommodating and pleasant. Would easily stay here again. "

"The staff was awesome and the area fantastic. The rooftop view amazing. I would caution though to make sure there are no stairs to your room once you get out of the elevator. We ended up with 17 stairs to get to our room. My bad as I should have asked or made it known we needed accessibility. Lesson learned. Overall we did okay. "

"Everything was what we hoped for! The staff was so above and beyond and the restaurant was delicious. They always called a taxi for us, the room was very modern and had charger ports in walls, plenty of towels, everything you could hope for it did We explored Florence and Tuscany while here and weren’t able to take advantage of the spa amenities so we can’t comment on that. "
