"Excellent 4 night stay at the loft hotel. Staff were brilliant, room was really clean and the location for getting around was perfect. Only suggestion for improvement would be to put some drawer units in the room to put socks / underwear and t shirts as it’s not ideal living out of a suitcase for 4 days. Would we stay there again … Absolutely 👍"

"Lovely hotel in great location. The food in the hotel was exceptional. The only issue we had was with noise from construction scaffolding being erected on the property opposite. The noise continued throughout the night."

"Our stay at the Metropolitan Boutique Hotel was excellent, friendly helpful staff, large clean comfortable room, great shower (we booked a superior double). Great value for money, plus the location was perfect for us, right near the edge of Old Town, walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and the main train station (Glowny). Right next to the Grzegorzki station with direct access to the Wieliczka Salt Mine and the airport. The only minor complaint we have is instant coffee only in the room. We did not have the buffet breakfast. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here if back in Krakow in future."

"This was an amazing stay! The hotel is very well located: a 15-20 min. walk away from Kraków’s central train station. The staff is friendly and efficient. The facilities and rooms are beautifully decorated. And despite being located on a main avenue, with a tramway running along it, the hotel and rooms are super quiet and comfortable! Perfect for a great rest! English and Polish spoken."
