"The hotel is nice, staff are very helpful - we had a problem with ac settings and the room manager arrived in 5 minutes to do a system fix. It is advertised as convenient for T2 and T3 - hence the price premium - certainly it’s more convenient for T2 as it’s a 1km trek back to T3 along various walkways. But probably better than being off just airport and an overpriced and slow bus transfer. "

"Heathrow Terminal 4. Enclosed walkway. Easy check in. Basic room. Nice bar and restaurant area. Good food at a reasonable price. Room rates are very reasonable. Beware though - wifi is unacceptably poor. You can buy better wifi for £5, which we did. "

"Great hotel for an overnight stay, especially if you have an early flight out of Heathrow. It's 2 mins walking distanct to the terminal and it is all connected by a bridge which means you will never have to venture outside to get to T5. Breakfast is fantastic and staff are great!"
