Being in the position where you are essentially the face of the hotel and the first point of interaction with guests, front desk agents need to provide a warm welcome to guests approaching the front desk. This includes a smile on your face instead of looking miserable. My first morning there, I called the front desk only to ask the hours of operation for the pool and the phone...
