Everything was great.

And we're looking forward to going back for a third stay.

My room was small, but very clean and comfortable. Short walk to underground station made this a great base for exploring the city. The area is quiet, but always has enough activity to feel safe. As a single traveler, I was perfectly comfortable walking after dark. Friendly staff made it a great place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is more spacious than a typical hotel room, very clean, and well maintained. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Having a free laundry facility is a major plus for us since we've being traveling for awhile. The only downside is some traffic noise at night, though not enough to disrupt sleep.

Beautiful location on quaint historic streets just around the corner from St Paul’s Cathedral. Rooms were clean, well appointed and quiet. Perfect place to stay in London!

I recommend this hidden gem! Location: This is a quick walk from the Tube at Aldgate East, and a 12-minute walk to the tube Whitechapel for the Elizabeth Line if you're coming in from Heathrow, for example. Two very easy ways to get to this hotel that I used. I was happy to be upgraded to a higher floor and room, with champagne, from my higher tiered level with Hotels.com. But either way, would've been happy with the room I booked. Just the entrance alone is very safe as it's locked at night...

Tons of research about a hotel only goes so far, so for my first ever visit to London, I was pleasantly surprised with Urban villa. Not only was it affordable, but the hotel itself was very clean, modern and comfortable. Very much a boutique hotel. My room was basically a little apartment, with a great view, an awesome sunroom, and other amenities. Great place to stay. We had a spacious studio flat with air conditioning and a much needed washer and dryer. Would stay here again.

Fantastic apartment in a wonderful area for easy access to the tube, dining, and grocery. The apartment would be perfect if they o my installed some hooks in the hall for coats and in the bath for towels etc. thanks for a great stay.

Family vacation with two adults and 3 kids. Had great communication leading up to the trip. They were able to accommodate all of our requests: early check in, late check out, arranged transportation, assisted with groceries, and even gave us a room upgrade! We were very comfortable and would definitely recommend and stay here again.

This was a wonderful experience. Clean units, larger rooms than hotel rooms, hot showers, and fully equipped. Great area near good restaurant, entertainment, and transportation.

The Hotel is excellent and in the best location. This is our second time at Curzon St apartments and we love it. We purchased Oyster cards and just hopped on and off the buses and underground to everywhere in London. Saw four shows and ate at a couple of nice restaurants in Shepherds Market which is locatd just outside our front door. Can't wait to come again.

The young staff at the desk were very polite, professional, and engaging. The flat was clean and offered all one would need for quick prep of food. The location is very good, especially if you enjoy the many museum in the area. It was a perfect location for us! The location of our particular flat was in a small side col-de-sac off of Brompton street. Not much of a view from the terrace, but the quiet it provides for sleeping is priceless!!! I recommend it! My only complaint was upon check-out....
